Eric joined OSRR in 2013 after working for over 15 years in several different capacities in the Office of Residence Life Life at SU, most recently as the Assistant Director for South Campus. He earned his Master of Science degree in Counseling/College Student Personnel Work and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Shippensburg University in PA. Eric enjoys rooting for his favorite sports teams: the Syracuse Orange, the Miami Dolphins, and the New York Yankees. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, relaxing at the beach, reading political/spy thrillers and history books, and hiking. Caitie Carroll

Student Conduct Investigator

Caitie joined the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities in June 2019. In her role, Caitie will look into alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct that warrant an investigation. During the investigation, she serves as a neutral party who seeks to gather information regarding all sides of the alleged violation to the Office of Student Rights and Responsibiliteis or other decision-making body. Prior to coming to Syracuse, Caitie was an Assistant Director of Residential Life/Student Conduct Officer at SUNY Cobleskill. Caitie received her MS in Educational Administration and Policy Studies from University of Albany and her BS in Business Administration and Culinary Arts at SUNY Cobleskill. When investigating student conduict concerns, Caitie, enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends. She also loves to spend time outside kayaking, hiking, or taking the dogs swimming at Oneida lake

Katie joined OSRR in April 2017 after working several years as an Area Coordinator in Residence Life at SUNY Geneseo and SUNY Potsdam. Katie received an MS in Higher Education from Stony Brook University, an MM in Music Education from SUNY Potsdam, and a BMus in Music Education from Houghton College. She enjoys playing her piano and bassoon, musical theater, scrapbooking, and traveling to foreign places.

Eryn joined OSRR in August 2018. Prior to joining Syracuse University, Eryn attended SUNY Cortland where she received her Bachelor’s degrees in both Criminology and Political Science. While at SUNY Cortland, Eryn served as a Resident Assistant, an Orientation Assistant, and a Student Justice for SUNY Cortland’s Student Conduct office. Academically, Eryn was an active member of both Alpha Phi Sigma and Pi Sigma Alpha. Her efforts in her undergraduate career concluded when she received the Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence. Eryn decided to pursue her Master’s degree in Higher Education at Syracuse University because of her passion for student involvement and student affairs. She also enjoys kayaking, hanging out with friends and family, and going on vacation.

La’Kesa joined OSRR in February 2019 after working in the Office of Student Leadership and Engagement and Student Conduct at Onondaga Community College. She earned her B.S. in Health Science from SUNY The College at Brockport and attended a semester long Spanish Immersion program located in Cuernavaca, Morelos, Mexico. In 2008, La’Kesa received Syracuse University’s Martin Luther King Jr. Unsung Hero Award for helping her peers make positive choices. In her free time she enjoys cruises, shopping, trying new recipes, traveling and visiting new beaches.

Margaret Bundy joined OSRR in October 2011. Margaret previously worked at Syracuse University for 9 years in the College of Visual and Performing Arts. Margaret’s favorite past times are spending time with family at Lake Ontario and committing time to animal rescue.
